God-Who Knew
As we come into this world we don't have a choice on who are parents are or how they are going to raise us. So many in this world like myself end up on the down side of this where there isn't any God or faith in the family. We end up searching for friends and relationships to fill that space our parents have left. We end up using everything we can to fill the void left, either other people or substances.
But for some of us that make it through this find that God has been with us all along. As we travel down all these hard roads and experience the pain and lonlieness of this world he is preparing us for his great works.Ephesians 1:11 In him we are also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will. 12) In order that we, who were the first to hope in christ, might be for the praise of glory.
Ephesians 2:1 As for you , you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world. 2:4 But because of his great love for us God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive in Christ even when we were dead in transgressions-it is by grace you have been saved.
It is only by Gods grace and mercy I am here today. Who Knew he would take a man that lived for himself to serve his people that struggle daily for food, water and shelter. I am completly amazed at his mercy that has been poured out on my life. I spent many days living on the street with no food or money and today it is God's vision to have me serve his children that struggle with this everyday.
As I look back at my life I am grateful for all the challenges and life I experienced. In for my wildest dreams I would have never thought that the creator of life had a plan for me, this simple man. May all the glory and praise be given to the father for I am only a messenger of his Love.
